Show Reviews
Friday July 22nd 2005
Ok, so it's been a while since we wrote a show review so here goes. Let's see nobody showed up, everyone was at warped
and also we didn't promote the show. That's alright cause I booked the show 2 days before the date, cause I just wanted something
to do. As far as the show goes... it was awesome and you all missed a really good NFBK show, we played a couple new songs
for the first time, they weren't finished and since hardly anyone showed up we figured, what the hell. Strange On Display
played they're best show I've ever seen, as did This Side Up. It was a good show and it would have been nice if more people
would have showed up to see it, oh well.
Saturday, June 18th 2005
Had a fun time at the party, played an OK set, thought we would have done better but oh well, there's always next time.
Strange On Display played really good as did This Side Up. We got to jam w/ Strange On Display after our set, that was pretty
fun. But the best part about the show was the free hotdogs and everyone running around all wet.
Friday, June 10th 2005
First show in Indianapolis, first out of town show in 2 years! Wow, we've got to get out of this place more often. It
wasn't too bad, we've played better, and I don't think anyone was into us... well maybe a few were. It was fun though. We
got super lost in downtown Indy after it. Chads friends from Indy though they would give us a tour of downtown. We followed
them in a busted ass black van w/ shitty brakes. To make a long story short, we all hate downtown Indy now. But the show
was alright.
Friday, March 4th 2005
Very awesome show, I was still a little sick, but 300 people showed up, that's the most people we've played for at their
own free will. Our van broke down a few days after the show, we probably shouldn't have drove it that day anyways, oh well.
Friday, February 11th 2005
So what that I was sick, so what that I destroyed my vocal chords, and so that what Chad drank 3 Blue Oxs, 3 Red Bulls,
and 1 Amp Energy drink. So what...why... because it was the best Y show ever!!! Or would that be 3 Blue Oxen, I don't know.
We can't thank you guys enough. I wanted to pace ourselves and just kick back and have some fun, but I was having too much
fun to have fun. Whatever, you get the point. We want to thank Strange On Display and Muzzy for coming out. They both played
awesome sets. And again we would like to thank everyone who came out to the show.
Friday, November 12th 2004
Ok so a lot of things when wrong at the show, but it was the most fun we've had in a long time dispite all the problems.
You guys were the best audience we've had in a while. These are the shows I love. I want to personally thank each and everyone
of you who came to the show.....no seriously, give me your names.

Rant, Rant, Rant...Rave,Rave,Rave... Rant,Rave,Rant,Rave...Rant..... I hate battle of the bands.
Friday & Saturday April 2nd & 3rd 2004
The variety show has always been fun, but never has it been as much fun as the '04 variety show. We got to headline the
show, close out the 1st Fri. show, which has never been done by a regular band before. Mr. Moorehead himself gave us a standing
ovation. People came on stage from the crowd and back-stage to dance while we played. Zack was doing a strip-tease back-stage
before we went on. I could hear people from the crowd singing to our songs. It will go down in my book as the best show
in Not For Blind Kids history to date. Thanks to everyone who made the show so much fun for us.
Saturday March 6th 2004
Our first public appearance since Nov 22nd. It was good to play a show, and get away from recording. Thanks to everyone
who came out. Thanks to everyone who said we still sounded good even though I was sick and we were out of practice. Thanks
to the dude @ the skate shop for letting us play.
Saturday November 22nd 2003
I could hear my vocals from the monitors, but it made me off key. It was a super fun show. Thanks to all the great NFBK
fans for their support. Thanks to Seventh Time Down. And thanks to the girl they call Jackets.
Friday November 14th 2003
Great show, lots of fun, ladies screaming, what more could you ask for. Alright, so I messed up on guitar a few times,
but my vocals we on key the entire show. We also had the pleasure of playing a few new songs for you's guys. Thanks to everyone
who came out to see us. You guys mean alot to us. Thanks to the Y for allowing us to us their PA, even though we weren't
supposed to........suckers!!!
Saturday November 1st 2003
Fun show but we thought we sucked, people said we were good though. We didn't use our amps (I was lazy so I used my dad's)and
couldn't hear vocals. But we still had alot of fun. Thanks to my brother from shith-ead for having us. Thanks to my dad
and Roz for putting it on.
P.S. AJ got pulled over for speeding on the way there.
Friday August 22nd 2003
The show went well and was tons of fun. Curbsquirrels and Shith-ead were awesome. Thanks to everyone that came out and
made it fun for us
